A
Active participation in designated activity for length of the class.
Focused and attentive participation.
Assisting in equipment set up and put away.
Self-motivated/initiated participation.
Contributes to a positive class spirit.
Supportive of others.
Follows directions.
Fully dressed to policy.
B
Active, attentive participation in activity for the length of class.
Needing minimal prompting to participate.
Contributes generally to class spirit.
Generally supportive of others.
Follows directions with few reminders.
Fully dressed to policy.
C
Attentive participation in activity for less than the entire class, but more than half of the class time.
Participates with limited effort.
Needing staff/peer promoting before participating.
Tends to be apathetic towards class spirit.
Acts in isolation of other students.
Tends to be confused when attempting to follow directions.
Not fully dressed to policy
D
Attentive participation for less than half of the class time.
Participates with minimal effort.
Needing constant staff/peer prompting before participating.
Contributes negative class spirit.
Demonstrates behavior that inhibits the growth of other students.
Has much difficulty following directions.

Does not participate in activity.

Re-Do's
Students can meet with their PE teacher to discuss the steps necessary to "Re-Do" a missed class. Students only lose points for CHOOSING not to participate in class.
